BT 4000 CSV Converter
Quick Guide
Use this tool to convert your spreadsheet into a BT 4000-ready CSV that can be imported into the BT 4000 app.
- Prepare your file
Export or save your data as a .CSV file (each row should represent one vehicle/profile). Any column names are OK. - Upload
Click Upload and select your .csv, .tsv, .xlsx, or .xls file. - Map your columns
Match your spreadsheet columns to the BT 4000 fields. Unneeded fields can be left unmapped. - Convert
Click Convert to generate a BT 4000-ready CSV. - Import into the BT 4000 app
In the app, go to Library → Import CSV and select the converted file.
Tips
- Empty cells are OK — you can edit missing fields later in the app.
- If enabled, Remember mappings will reuse your column mapping for similar files.
